S&B Property Services is owned and operated by Bobby Venticinque. Bobby was born and raised on Long Island NY and moved to Titusville for over 10. Bobby is a 3rd generation painter and all around handy guy having worked in and gained general knowledge in various skilled trades.
In 2018 Bobby founded S&B Property Services with a simple goal of providing property maintenance and repair services to Florida’s Space Coast. He wanted to help homeowners and small business keep their property looking great and well maintained for years to come.
